Bonjour,
J’aimerais avoir la possiblité (sur Freebox Pop) de pouvoir enregistrer automatiquement les programmes d’une chaine sur la base d’un ou plusieurs mots.
Par exemple, l’enregistrement systématique de tout programme d’une même chaine comportant dans le titre “sport” ou “journal tv”.
Actuellement la répétition d’enregistrements semble uniquement possible sur la base d’une répétition journalière et sur un même créneau horaire (et sans vérification du titre).

Bonjour,
Je suis équipé de la Freebox Delta à jour, Firmware 4.7.2.
Il arrive que la Box coupe pour se retrouver à l’étape 3 instantanément, puis revient sur l’affichage de l’horloge, sans passer par les autres étapes.
Pendant la coupure, je perds évidemment la connexion internet sur mon PC (relié an Ethernet cable fourni de la freebox) sur le port 1 du serveur.
Cela peut se produire plusieurs fois par heure, pendant une session de jeu en ligne par exemple.
Le serveur fonctionnait parfaitement jusqu’au samedi 26/11 au soir, où j’ai eu plusieurs décos.
Pour information, j’ai activé l’offre multi TV qui est branchée (boitier TV dans notre chambre à l’étage et en WIFI) depuis environ le 10/11.
Plusieurs Smartphones sont connectés aussi au WIFI, consoles de jeux, et autres PC de la famille.
J’ai contacté le 3244 et suite aux vérifications de ma ligne par le robot, on m’a validé l’intervention d’un technicien, qui est intervenu hier, le 29/11.
Il n’a rien constaté mis à part un bruit de -022db, et me dit que le port bleu du câble de 15M ne doit pas être branché sur le boitier de l’arrivée de la fibre.
il teste avec un autre câble en inversant, donc, le bleu sur le serveur, le vert sur le boitier fibre, miracle, le bruit est de -17db!
Il me dit qu’il est sûr que les déconnexions viennent de cela, dans ma tête, je me dis qu’il dit n’importe quoi, enfin bref…
J’inverse donc le câble fibre, bleu sur Box, vert sur boitier fibre, et il s’en va.
Le soir même, pendant une partie d’un jeu en ligne, rebelote, étape3 puis horloge. Cet après-midi aussi par 2fois, pendant des parties.
Je n’arrive pas à comprendre le souci, le serveur a été totalement réinitialisé usine, sauf le Disque.
Mode Routeur, DHCP en IP fixe par machines, Upnp, partage Windows, Wifi, Client VPN pour la seedbox Free, DNS Google, pas de WIFI invité.
J’ai remarqué que le mode 4g reste en cours de démarrage, mais si j’ai bien compris, inactif sur V7.

Malgré un échange de serveur delta je trouve que celle ci chauffe énormément
Les ventilateurs tournent plus de 4000 tours
Hani essayé avec un seul disque ssd samsung et avec deux disques normaux ssd et problème identique.
La j’ai ouvert la box et laissée refroidir pour voir si le problème persiste.
Une idée ?

J’ai du rebooter ma freebox aujourd’hui suite à un plantage du disque-dur, ce qui a mis à jour l’OS avec la version 4.7.2.
Depuis, impossible d’accéder à la box via mon nom de domaine personnalisé. Via l’accès HTTPS je tombe sur ce message :

Une erreur est survenue pendant une connexion à sun.mondomaine.com:1234. Impossible de communiquer en mode sécurisé avec le pair : aucun algorithme de chiffrement en commun.
Code d’erreur : SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP

sun.mondomaine.com utilise un protocole incompatible
ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH
Si j’essaie d’accéder à l’URL du domaine sur le port HTTP non sécurisé, la freebox me renvoie ce message:
unknown host, use ip address or mafreebox.freebox.fr
J’ai déjà tenté :
De supprimer, réajouter mon nom de domaine dans l’interface de la freebox, avec son certificat
→ l’ajout s’est fait sans problème, j’ai redémarré la freebox, le problème est toujours le même
De réinstaller la freebox à partir de mon dernier backup de la configuration de l’OS → le rechargement de la config laisse la box en version 4.7.2, et le problème reste le même :(
De rajouter un sous domaine xxx.freeboxos.fr
→ Cela à fonctionné, la box était accessible via ce sous domaine sans erreur
Quelques précisions, mon certificat SSL est un certificat wildcard pour un domaine, fourni par DigiCert, et est valide.
Je l’utilise également sur une autre freebox toujours sur la v4.7.1, aucun souci à date.
J’en conclus que c’est la mise à jour qui pose un souci, des idées ?
EDIT du 1er décembre :
Aujourd’hui, ma seconde Freebox (domicile) a planté, et a donc redémarré et migré automatiquement vers la 4.7.2.
Elle a désormais exactement le même problème que la freebox à mon bureau :(
Cela aiguille clairement vers un problème lié à l’update…

Bonjour,
J’ai effectué la mise à jour de la 4.7.0 vers la 4.7.2 hier vers 19H (en choisissant redémarrer depuis l’interface). Après celle-ci la box était plantée en étape 1. Je l’ai coupée électriquement une première fois et elle a redémarré correctement. Mais depuis j’ai eu plusieurs nouveaux plantages au bout de quelques heures avec tantôt la box bloquée en étape 1 ou carrément aucun affichage. A chaque fois aucun accès possible à l’interface ni en wifi ni en ethernet. Seule une coupure électrique permet de la relancer.
Je n’avais aucun soucis de ce genre avant la mise à jour faite hier soir.

En basculant en SMBv2/v3 je me suis aperçu que certains de mes périphériques ne parvenaient plus à se connecter sur le NAS.
Typiquemen dans différentes applis Android qui ne reposent apparemment que sur le NETBIOS, et sont donc incapables d’utiliser les méncanismes d’UPnp, ou mDNS, il suffit de remplacer le nom NETBIOS par l’adresse IP, ce qui cantonne le problème à la stricte résolution du nom.
Windows, comme la plupart des applis graphiques Linux sont capables d’utiliser les mécanismes alternatifs, soit mDNS et SSDP, donc c’est globalement transparent sauf dans le cas spécifique de composants qui n’implémentent pas ces mécanismes alternatifs, comme certaines applis en ligne de commande sous Linux.
La solution de contournement est d’ajouter une entrée dans le fichier hosts, mais ce n’est pas possible sous Android.
Sous Linux, et sous réserve que nsswitch.conf soit bien paramétré, la commande suivante permet de résoudre l’adresse netbios, elle ne marche plus après la bascule SMBv2/3, mais marchait parfaitement sous SMBv1
getent hosts nom-netbios-freebox (KO)
En revanche la résolution via mDNS marche toujours avant et après
getent hosts nom-netbios-freebox.local (OK)
J’ai plusieurs fois rebooté le serveur notamment pour la toute dernière mise à jour, ça n’a rien résolu
Je viens de retester le mode SMBv1 only avec un nouveau reboot de la Freebox, et ça semble refonctionner comme avant après un petit délai le temps que la Box broadcaste le nom NETBIOS.
Donc le dameon “nmbd” responsable de la diffusion du nom NETBIOS de la Freebox, ne semble pas être lancé en mode SMBv2/3, mais se lance en mode SMBv1
Il est possible que certains soucis récents allégués sur l’UPnP liés à la non détection soudaine de certains périphériques après mise à jour de firmware soit en réalité un problème NETBIOS que personne n’a visiblement soulevé.
Il y a peut-être parallèlement des régressions sur l’UPnP, mais dans tous les cas, il y a un problème NETBIOS avéré, les tests effectués sous Linux semblent très clairs.

A chaque mise an place du service DECT (sur revo ou delta) le service DECT fonctionne pas ou mal.
A la première association d’un téléphone OK. Si coupure elec de la box ou du tel, le telephone ne fonctionne plus et impossible de le reconnecter malgré plusieurs manip dans freebox OS reboot etc…
C’est une fonction très intéressante pour répondre à des problématiques clients. Dommage que ce ne soit pas plus stable et facile d’installation (surtout la DELTA, code PIN à aller chercher sur OS ou ds des reglages TV complexes et inaccessible à bcp !)

Depuis quelque temps, la redirection de port sur ma Freebox V6 ne fonctionne plus.
Je souhaite ouvrir le port 443 pour rediriger le trafic vers une machine linux (Debian 11) qui écoute ce port. Le bail statique est configuré (192.168.1.253) et je suis en IPv4 full-stack. En local, aucun soucis. Je suis passé par le site https://https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/ pour vérifier si le port est ouvert ou non, mais non il est fermé. Dans la gestion des ports je l’ai paramétré en TCP puis en UDP.
Y a t il d’autre manip/réglage pouvant interférer avec la gestion des ports?

Je vois des dizaines de messages demandant un accès WebDAV et je m’aperçois que le protocole n’est toujours pas implémenté.
Pour accéder au disque dur de la Freebox à l’extérieur du réseau domestique, la seule option aujourd’hui est le FTP, ce qui requiert un client tier.
Pour une intégration directement aux explorateurs de fichier autres que Windows, ca serait quand même pas mal de mettre enfin un accès webDAV natif et de ne pas avoir a installer une VM + Linux + Nextcloud…

Il m’arrive régulièrement que multiposte n’est plus disponible dans le wifi maison. Apres quelques semaines de recherche… C’est le freebox qui ne répond plus à VLC player (Mac OSX, iPad, iPhone). C’est dans les 2-3 jours de interval… Une fois que le freebox est dans l’état de non-response au UPnP, l’internet etc. fonction correctement. Nous sommes au Fibre avec un router ASUS pour le wifi maison.
Que lorsque UPnP répond pas, je peux VPN vers un different FREEBOX à distance… et multipostes marche ok. Donc, c’est pas la coté multiposte player. C’est valable pour OSX, iPhone, iPad.
la seule solution est de redémarrer le freebox 4K, et puis cela marche à nouveau.
Voici les logs de VLC que lorsque freebox est dans l’état de non-réponse et une fois c’est redémarré, succès. Que lorsque ça marche pas, le log VLC se termine sec.

Bug1: quand j ouvre l app freebox ( ancienne version)
« Erreur de notification: pas de peripherique avec cet identifiant »
Bug2: dans la meme app si mon iphoneXr est sur la carte 5ghz
On voit ecris norme 802.11n (wifi4)
Dans le meme temps sur la page accessible par navigateur web
Myfreebox.freebox je vois iphoneXr norme 802.11ac(wifi5)
Cette donnee est absente de la nouvelle app freebox connect
Comment etre sur de la connexion utilisée?
Bug3: dans l app oqee sur fire stick 4k max l app est fluide sur tv
Mais a des problemes d affichage sur projecteur 1080HD l image est noire
Avec le son qui saccade il faut souvent faire pause et play pour avoir l image
Alors que d autre app comme netflix marche parfaitement
Peut on brancher le repeteur free sur le rj45 du freebox player devialet
Et avoir la connection filaire active tout le temps
J espere etre au bon endroit pour de l aide

Actuellement sous la dernière version de l’OS 4.7.1, je rencontre un problème concernant la sélection de la bande fréquence de la deuxième carte 5GHz-2.
Impossible de sélectionner d’autres fréquences que le 40 MHz ! Le 80 et 160 MHz fait beuguer la carte wifi entraînant un DFS à 0 sec…
Toutes les canaux ont été vérifiés avec un niveau de bruit excellent mais rien, impossible.
Redémarrage de la Freebox à 2 reprises, même constat.
FAIRE UN MISE A JOUR CORRECTIVE EN URGENCE.

Bonjour,
Après un appel fort désagréable avec le support technique, je me tourne vers vous afin de solutionner mon problème.
Sur la Freebox delta je n'arrive pas à utiliser le service de téléchargement. Je reçoit régulièrement des erreurs 503 et 504 dans le navigateur.
Les téléchargements torrent démarre à pleine vitesse et rapidement tombe à 0 sans jamais se terminer :
- Il y a plein de pairs disponible
- La blacklist se rempli très vite
- Relancer le téléchargement permet de retrouver une bonne vitesse
- La grande majorité des pairs a le fichier en entier
- Parfois il est même impossible d'afficher simplement la liste des fichiers en cours de téléchargement
Contrairement à ce que le support m'annonce, une erreur 503 ou 504 est une erreur serveur (et non pas lié à mon navigateur). Il semble donc y avoir un soucis sur Freebox OS.
Peut-être une surcharge lié au traitement du téléchargement ?

J’ai trouvé ce fil qui correspond exactement à ma problématique actuelle, même symptome, mêmes tentatives de résolution de mon côté sans succès.

J’avais jusqu’à présent une connexion sans probléme en 10G via un module SPF+ installé sur ma Freebox et connecté au même modèle de module sur mon PC Fixe afin de profiter d’une connexion 10G.
Depuis deux semaines, le port du SPF+ apparait comme inactif sur mon interface Freebox. J’ai testé les modules sur une autre installation (PC Fixe à PC Fixe) et ceux-ci fonctionnent sans problème. Plus aucune lumière ne sort du module SPF+ installé sur la Freebox (j’ai testé d’inverser les modules, puis changement de cable/fibre, même problème).
Les modules fonctionnaient sans problème pendant 2 ans environ jusqu’à il y a 15 jours sur la Freebox, ils fonctionnent encore sans problème installés sur deux PC Fixe (via Carte PCI), mais bizarrement ils ne sont plus reconnus par la Freebox à présent.

Lors d’un démarrage sans service internet (etape3) la Freebox n’initialise pas tous les services, impossible d’avoir la TV alors que la TNT est disponible, les VM’s ne sont pas démarrés.
Pour illustrer le problème, hier coupure a 5h50. Tant que la box reste en ligne tout est en dégradé mais “fonctionne”, les VMs et les décodeurs aussi via la TNT, puis je contact le service client, et leur dis d’effectuer un test de continuité optique sur ma ligne, avant de tenter un redémarrage.
Le service client a insister pour que je redémarre…
Depuis, plus de TV, et surtout plus de VM (domotique), et donc plus de chauffage, d’alarme, perte d’une partie des éclairage…

Depuis plusieurs mois, j’ai un appareil, connecté en ethernet sur le serveur freebox Pop, pour lequel je ne peux attribuer de bail DHCP statique.
- Je fais ajouter un bail statique dans Freebox OS / Parametres de la Freebox / DHCP / Baux Statiques
- Je selectionne l’appareil dans la liste et lui attribue une IP statique (ex: 192.168.1.101)
- Je sauvegarde
Le paramétrage est conservé un temps indéterminé, puis après un temps indéterminé (moins de 1 heure) lorsque je reviens dans la liste de baux statiques attribués l’appareil et son ip statiques ne sont plus dans la liste des baux statiques. Ceci sans avoir redémarré le freebox server.
A ce moment, l’appareil est toujours vu connecté dans les périphériques réseaux avec l’IP paramétrée.
Ensuite, l’IP locale de l’appareil change entre la valeur qui avait été paramétrée et une autre IP locale, à une fréquence aléatoire, parfois chaque heure et pour 10 minutes avant de revenir sur l’IP paramétrée.
Le problème est gênant car l’appareil pilote mes volets/portails et je dois quand l’IP a changé reparamétrer ma domotique sur l’IP active pour pouvoir piloter mes volets.
J’avais fait une réinitialisation complète du server il y a quelques semaines. Sans changements. Le problème avait ensuite disparu quelques semaines mais est de retour depuis quelques jours.
