Depuis le redémarrage, il y a une semaine environ, du serveur Revolution V6, celui-ci est passé en 4.6.4, j'obtiens maintenant des chiffres complètement aberrants que cela soit dans l'appli. Freebox ou dans l'interface web du serveur, ou même depuis le menu sur la TV.

Si par exemple je télécharge un jeu depuis ma XBOX Series X, ou que je fasse un test de débit, ou quelconque activité et même au repos avec une consommation résiduelle (qq Ko/s ou o/s) avec aucun périphérique réseau en service, j'ai un débit instantané qui vaut quasiment autant en descendant qu'en montant (à quelque Ko/s près) avec le UP souvent légèrement plus haut, alors que cela n'a jamais été le cas…. C'est quelque chose que je vérifie très régulièrement (plusieurs fois par jour), et là on voit bien qu'il y a quelque chose qui ne va pas.

Je m'aperçois également que le flux TV comptabilisé produit également un débit instantané DOWN≈UP

Autres chose aussi, le volume de données cumulé UP/DOWN (volume échangé) peut être par exemple à un moment de la journée, si je prends par exemple le DOWN à 2.3Go et à un autre moment à 200Mo (et toujours DOWN<UP) puis à un autre 4Go…. enfin ça n'a pas de sens d'autant plus qu'il n'y a pas eu de redémarrage et encore moins de coupure, aucun(s). Il n'y a aucun réel cumul des données, les chiffres sont complètements incohérents.

Je prends les valeurs actuelles en volume échangé: 1.2 Go en DOWN, 3Go en UP et la TV (depuis l'interface TV et elle cumule bien) 55Go (depuis le dernier redémarrage)…

J'ai donc testé depuis l'appli.(IOS) chez une personne qui elle est restée en 4.5.8, et là les chiffres sont tout à fait cohérents. Chez une autre en 4.6.4, et bien là UP>DOWN en cumul

La fonction WOL ne fonctionne plus depuis plusieurs mois. Elle me permet d’allumer un PC à distance pour accéder à des fichiers.

Mon PC est correctement configuré au niveau du BIOS et des cartes réseaux. Idem pour la box.

J’ai installé un logiciel pour sniffer le réseau LAN et aucun paquet magique ne parvient à ma ressource.

Il m’arrive régulièrement que multiposte n’est plus disponible dans le wifi maison. Apres quelques semaines de recherche… C’est le freebox qui ne répond plus à VLC player (Mac OSX, iPad, iPhone). C’est dans les 2-3 jours de interval… Une fois que le freebox est dans l’état de non-response au UPnP, l’internet etc. fonction correctement. Nous sommes au Fibre avec un router ASUS pour le wifi maison.

Que lorsque UPnP répond pas, je peux VPN vers un different FREEBOX à distance… et multipostes marche ok. Donc, c’est pas la coté multiposte player. C’est valable pour OSX, iPhone, iPad.

la seule solution est de redémarrer le freebox 4K, et puis cela marche à nouveau.

Voici les logs de VLC que lorsque freebox est dans l’état de non-réponse et une fois c’est redémarré, succès. Que lorsque ça marche pas, le log VLC se termine sec.

Je cherche à accéder à mon réseau domestique depuis l'extérieur.
Idéalement je cherche à faire marcher le wireguard.
J'ai testé wireguard et le openvpn bridgé.
Aprsè avoir configuré/actiér utilisateur et serveur sur freebox os, je récupère les config des clients.

Aucune des deux configs openvpn ou wireguard ne fonctionne.
Dans les deux cas, l'adresse IP:port de ma freebox sont inaccessible ("network unreachable").
La conenxion fibre marche parfaitement et je peux pinguer l'IP de ma box.
Un nmap ne renvoit rien mais j'imagine que c'est normal (?).
Je vois bien le port openvpn dans les port entrant activé mais je ne vois pas le port Wireguard dans cet écran.
L'appli android arrive à se connecter au freebox os depuis la connexion 4G.

Je suis en connexion fibre IP partagé (Ports 0 à 16383).
J'ai testé différentes combinaisons de ports/MTU pour wireguard mais rien n'y fait.

J'ai testé Wireguard depuis linux et android. OpenVPN bridgé que depuis linux (pas de bridge sur android).
Dans les deux cas je suis passé par une connexion 4G chez un autre opérateur (réseau Orange) que FREE.

Je pourrais tester demain depuis une autre ADSL free pour éliminer la question du réseaux d'origine.
Mais bon je n'imagine pas que l'accès VPN soit réservé au réseau FREE.

Je suis preneur de toute aide me permettant de récupérer un accès VPN.

Serait-il possible de ne pas activer par défaut la FemtoCell de la mini 4k ?

Ou d'avoir une option dans Freebox OS.

A chaque redémarrage, la FemtoCell s'active automatiquement
Si on veut la désactiver, il faut passer par l'afficheur et l'écran tactile.
Déjà que ce n'est pas facile de parcourir le menu mais en plus la luminosité de l'écran est souvent insuffisante pour lire les informations.

Dans mon cas, l'écran est presque illisible même après un échange et je suis obligé d'utiliser un APN pour naviguer dans le menu

Pour info, en ce qui me concerne :
- je n'ai pas besoin de la FemtoCell, il y a une antenne Free Mobile à 250 m
- l'arrêt de la FemtoCell fait baisser les températures de la Freebox de presque 10°C

Bonjour à tous et meilleurs voeux pour cette nouvelle année.
Depuis plusieurs jours je ne peux plus utiliser la Seedbox. J’obtiens un msg d’erreur dès lors que je tente de la lancer :
“Erreur lors de la récupération des infos de téléchargement: Ce service n’est pas disponible actuellement” ou lorsque j'essaye d'accéder à la configuration "Erreur lors de l'accès à la configuration: Ce service n'est pas disponible actuellement".

Je suis en version srv 4.7.3, j’ai bien sur déjà redémarré le srv à plusieurs reprises, réinitialisé la box, supprimé le dossier "Téléchargement" mais rien n’y fait.

Je vous remercie par avance pour votre aide.
P.S. : je ne sais pas si cela peut vous aider mais la dernière action que j'ai faite avant que ça ne fonctionne plus était de rajouter des URL (beaucoup) dans la blockList.

lorsque j'ouvre à partir du disque dur externe branché sur la mini 4k, puis modifie, un document Word ou Excel sous Office ou un document PDF avec PDF-Xchange PDF Viewer et que je sauvegarde, le texte "document non enregistré" apparait. Je peux sauvegarder mon document sans problèmes sur le disque du PC mais pas sur celui de la mini 4K. Desfois après avoir fait une première sauvegarde sur le PC,une 2eme sur le disque du server fonctionne.

Dans “Etat de la Freebox” → “Etat Internet” : “debit ethernet decencdant” et “debit ethernet montant” se reset toute les 30 minutes ou presque
Avant, cela était reseté au reboot uniquement
Du coup, cela fausse les stats qu’un script demande via l’api

La redirection est non fonctionnelle. Après une multitude de redémarrages et de réinitialisation d’usine, je n’arrive toujours pas à transférer le moindre port vers mon serveur.
Pareille pour la DMZ, qui ne fonctionne pas, non plus.

Encore mieux (probablement lié, d’une façon ou d’une autre), la box ne répond pas au ping, alors qu’elle est bien configurée pour y répondre.

Est-ce que vous avez bien connecté votre interface graphique avec votre API interne.

j’ai un serveur vpn dans la dmz. Mais la redirection de port du l2tp ne semble pas fonctionner. Nmap me dit que le port udp 500 est ouvert alors que mon serveur l2rp est arrêter. Je n’ai pas activé le IKE2 dans la freebox. Mais j’ai l’impression que cela reste ouvert de ce coté.

Je ne peux pas passer la box en bridge sinon je perdrais la télévision.

Je suis nouvel abonné et possède une freebox mini 4k.

Sur son réseau, j’ai branché un serveur avec deux interfaces réseaux:

Je précise que ces IPS sont fixé sur la freebox.

Coté freebox server, j’ai configuré ces deux redirections de ports:

10023 → 192.168.1.101
10024 → 192.168.1.102

J’ai eu un soucis de montage NFS depuis un NAS synology sur le réseau freebox avec l’erreur suivante :

2020-10-25T22:39:05+01:00 nas mountd[15563]: refused mount request from 192.168.1.102 for /volume4/DKA_MEDIA (/volume4/DKA_MEDIA): unmatched host

Effectivement, l’host en question doit pointé vers 192.168.1.101 , pour cette raison, je décide de couper l’interface wifi 192.168.1.102.

La connection sur le port SSH vers le port SSH 10024 fonctionne plus comme je l’attendais, mais je perd ensuite ma connection SSH sur le port 10023.

Heureusement via UN SSH sur le NAS, je peu récuperer l’accès a mon serveur en faisant un SSH local.

Il s’avère que la redirection de port 10023 pointais vers la mauvaise interface. Je viens de vérifier les réglages saisies dans l’interface freebox serveur, c’est bien un bug, la freebox me redirigeait vers la mauvaise interface pour le port 10023.

Je n’explique toujours pas pourquoi le NAS à reçu l’IP 192.168.1.102 lors du montage, comme l’indique la commande `ip -color a`, les addresses IP de l’interface vers laquel je monte aurait du être 192.168.1.101 et non 192.168.1.102, mais cela n’a rien à voir avec la redirection de port de la freebox serveur qui était mauvaise. Après redémarrage du serveur sans l’interface wifi 192.168.1.102, la connection SSH à été mapper correctement.

Mon fix: désactiver le WIFI en attendant que free corrige ce bug.

Configuration :
freebox server mini 4K avec un disque dur externe branché en USB et formaté en ext4 via freebox OS

Problème :
Lorsque que je copie un fichier depuis Windows avec partage réseau (samba) les droits affectés au fichiers sont 766 (rwxrw-rw-) avec l’utilisateur freebox.
Le même fichier en FTP, les droits d’accès ne sont pas les mêmes, ils sont positionnés en 600 (rw——-) pour l’utilisateur freebox.

Est ce possible d’avoir les mêmes droits via windows et via FTP, c’est à dire avec des droits de lecture par défaut pour tout le monde ?

Je suis abonné freebox mini fibre et, depuis plusieurs semaines, j’ai très fréquemment l’erreur suivante sur mon système Sonos : "Impossible de lire “Titre du morceau” - la connexion à Deezer a été perdue".

J'ai tout essayé et il semble que la connection free soit à l'origine du problème.

Dans le post ci dessous un utilisateur a résolu le problème en passant en ip fixe. Problème, je suis déjà en ip fixe. Il y a donc apparement un problème ailleur dans le réseau….

Lorsque j’ai reçu la freebox mini 4k , j’ai activé le mode bridge et mis mon pare feu perso
l’accès distant freeboxos était déactivé, et lorsque je testais les 2 ports de l’interface http/https freeboxos de l’exterieur, je tombais sur mon pare-feu . c’était parfait et magique , j’en pleurais de joie

malheureusement j’ai testé les api, j’ai creé un script pour redemarrer la freebox (aucun rapport) avec ce tuto :

J’ai reset d’usine freebox os sans succès, cela ne reviens pas d’origine …

Est-ce qu’il serait possible de prévoir une option pour que cela soit reset comme cela est dans le freeboxos “au premier jours” d’usage
Je pourrais récupérer ces deux ports depuis l’exterieur, et mon sommeil en sera amélioré pour sur, d’vindieu

Voilà mon problème : je dispose d une freebox 4k et d une connexion fibre.

Quand j’active mon vpn professionnel (ivanti) le débit internet devient quasi nul.. tellement faible que je ne peux utiliser aucun de mes applicatifs…

J ai testé chez mes voisins (dont l un est également chez free - il a la freebox revolution) aucun soucis.

Mon collègue, qui habite à côté de chez moi, est venu se connecter à la maison. Même soucis (debit quasi nul quand le vpn du travail est activé…)

J ai appelé le service technique free qui m a conseillé de passer en ip fixe (ipv4). Mais cela n à rien résolu…par ailleurs, tous les ports semblent ouverts… La seule solution proposée, sans garantie de fonctionnement, serait de passer par une box plus récente…et donc un abonnement plus cher…

Voilà…pour compléter, je travail dans une entreprise de près de 1000 personnes et il semble que je sois le seul à avoir ce problème… Free m a également remplacé ma Box 4k mais sans résultat…

Pour rappel, le formatage d’une clé USB en NTFS est utile afin de stocker les fichiers vidéo qui dépassent 4 GB, de plus en plus courants aujourd’hui. NTFS est la seule solution >4 GB intégrée pour les utilisateurs Windows.

1. Formatez une clé USB avec le Freebox Mini 4k server avec choix “Windows” (NTFS) comme expliqué ici : https://assistance.free.fr/articles/807.
a. La clé marche dans un PC.
b. La clé marche dans le Freebox Mini 4k server.
c. Pour info (ici c’est le forum server), la clé ne marche pas dans le Freebox Mini 4k player. C’est comme si la clé n’est pas formatée : on affiche un message qui propose de la formater (seulement en FAT32). J’appelle ceci un bogue, mais une solution de contournement existe en branchant la clé sur la Freebox serveur.

2. Formatez une clé USB 64 GB avec Windows 11 en NTFS.
a. La clé marche dans un PC.
b. La clé ne marche pas dans le Freebox Mini 4k server. J’appelle ceci un bogue, car un support NTFS formaté avec Windows est quand même “standard” et doit être prise en charge par la Freebox.
c. Pour info (ici c’est le forum server), la clé ne marche pas dans le Freebox Mini 4k player, voir en haut.

En attendant une meilleure prise en charge de NTFS, j’estime que ces limitations doivent être indiquées dans les pages assistance.

Presque systématiquement maintenant, lors du passage sur 101 TF1 4K, il faut attendre plus de 10 sec avant d’avoir image/son.. l’écran reste noir plus de 10 sec.. le flux n’arrive pas.
Et le démarrage de l'enregistrement fini en erreur si pas d'image affiché sur mini4K.
Une fois le flux affiché, aucun problème.

je constate sur ma ligne une perte de paquet assez stable de l'ordre de 0.5%, remontée dans les statistiques teamspeak (sur un serveur hébergé chez ovh, ou je suis le seul à avoir de la perte de paquet),
mais aussi sur Destiny 2 où j'ai régulièrement des erreurs liées à la perte de paquet https://help.bungie.net/hc/fr/articles/360049195151-Code-d-erreur-BABOON aboutissant à une déconnexion.

Depuis des années je réclame au 3244 mais on me dit que je suis le seul auquel ça arrive :
Lorsqu’il y a des mises à jour des chaines (Groovy Baby), déjà le streaming (netflix, VidéoPrime) devient chaotique avec des mini-pauses.
Mais le plus énervant c’est que souvent (3 fois ce weekend), toutes les chaines sont de nouveau sélectionnées dans la liste des favoris. Si on veut pouvoir zapper normalement (sans avoir à passer en revue les quelques 600 chaines) il faut reconstruire sa liste perso !!!
J’aimerais savoir si ça n’arrive qu’à moi.

Ce problème est présent depuis que j’ai la fibre, il m’a régulièrement posé problème. Il est reproductible et systématique.

Pour le provoquer il me suffit de télécharger une mise à jour de Star Citizen via leur client.
Il va télécharger à la vitesse maximal que je peux atteindre soit ~100mo/s mais arrivé au dessus de 100mo/s la connexion va se déconnecter après quelques secondes. Cette déconnexion est une perte totale de synchro avec la fibre.
J’ai tenté de réduire le nombre de connexions simultanées. Quelle soit sur Max, sur 20, sur 10 ou encore sur 5 le problème est identique. Le seul moyen est de limiter le débit du client à 25Mbps.

Je vois venir le commentaire à propos du fait que Star Citizen est encore en Alpha… mais malheureusement le problème se produit également avec Steam, où les symptômes sont strictement identiques.

Afin d’être le plus complet dans mes tests, j’ai alors lancé via Firefox un maximum de téléchargements simultanés du fichier de 10Go sur http://test-debit.free.fr. 9 téléchargements concurrents avec un débit global de plus de 100mo/s. Rien… aucun plantage.

Est-ce que ces éléments permettent de rouvrir une analyse de cette problématique ?

Avec le paramétrage par défaut du mobile et l’option IPV6 désactivée dans le compte Free Mobile, le smartphone qui se connecte à la femtocell obtient une adresse ipv4 et peut utiliser internet normalement.

Après l’activation de l’option IPV6 dans le compte Free Mobile et la modification de l’APN free sur le smartphone pour utiliser IPV6, l’accès internet est impossible (ipv4 ou ipv6 inopérant), malgré la présence d’une IPv6 affectée au mobile.

Le même mobile connecté à un relais 4G peut utiliser internet sans souci (en plus de son IPV6, il a également une adresse IPv4 privée type RFC 1918).

Problème détecté sur une Freebox Server Mini 4K en zone blanche.

La qualité des enregistrements TNT est mauvaise (”Qualité de la vidéo” = “Normale” ou inférieure?), quelle que soit le paramètre choisi lors de la programmation de l’enregistrement (”Qualité de la vidéo” = “HD” ou “HD+”).
Il semble que ce paramètre ne soit plus pris en compte correctement lors des enregistrements TNT uniquement.

J’ai remarqué cette dégradation entre mi-décembre 2022 et début janvier 2023.

Ce bug n’apparaît pas avec les enregistrements dont la “Source du flux” est “ADSL / FTTH”.
