Le problème a été résolu par le changement de l’onu, passage du v2 à V1

Je suis prêt à faire les test iperf vers http://test-debit.free.fr/ mais le serveur iperf n’a pas l’air fonctionnel....

Bonjour,

Suite à la demande de Julien (GRAND MERCI A LUI) du support premuim voici les resultat sur une ligne FTTH free avec une freebox revolution (je dois verifier si c’est un ONUv1 ou v2)
Sur cette ligne on ne rencontre pas le soucis à premiere vue

@mog54 chez moi tjrs le même. Tu as redémarré quelque chose ?
Si ça vient de l’onu (v2) comme soupçonné, est-il upgradable à distance comme la Freebox ? J’ai des doutes.

Je n’ai rien fait de spécial, j’ai constaté une diminution de la latence également (vers 8.8.8.8 par ex: passage de 8/9ms à 3/4ms)

Grande nouvelle.... entre 00h30 et 9h10 je suis retourné à la situation initiale à savoir, iperf bloqué à 300Mb/s et ping à 8/9ms.

J’ai eu une coupure sur ma fibre vers 00h45 jusque 1h10 (incident généralisé je crois)

exactement le même problème, avec une freebox V6 et un ONU V2.
J’étais il y a encore 6 mois avec encore une freebox V6 mais un ONU V1 et je n’avais aucun problème.
Entre les 2, passage chez RED, aucun problème non plus.

Pour information il y a eu au moins 3 tickets ouverts concernant le même problème:
FS#35674 - Bridé a 30Mo/s mono connection
FS#36238 - Problème débit 30Mo/s TCP mono connexion
FS#36474 - Bug du boitier ONU v2 = limitation vitesse de téléchargement à 30 mo/s

D’après les infos sur le ticket le plus récent, un correctif aurait été déployé le 31/03/2022.
