FS#40100 - Problème pour me connecter en SFP+
Bonjour,
Je suis utilisateur Freebox Delta depuis début 2022, et j’utilise mon PC connecté en direct en SFP+ depuis 3 ans avec le matériel suivant (acheté en suivant le tuto ici: https://antho.tips/reseau-10g-freebox-delta/):

Problème: J’ai eu une coupure de courant sur l’ensemble de l’immeuble il y a de ça un peu plus d’1 mois. Le courant est revenu une première fois pendant quelques secondes, recoupé, puis s’est remis environ 10-15 secondes après.
A ce moment là, ma box a évidemment redémarré 2x de suite rapidement, ce qu’elle n’avait pas fait depuis un certain temps, donc je ne suis donc pas sûr de la version sur laquelle j’étais lorsque ça fonctionnait encore, mais elle s’est très probablement mise à jour à ce moment-là.
Ce que je sais c’est que depuis ce jour, je n’arrive plus à me connecter en SFP+ sur la Freebox. Je suis actuellement en 4.8.18. Si le problème est software, cette version 4.8.18 est donc affectée, mais c’est tout à fait possible qu’une mise à jour antérieure ait introduit le bug.
Dans la Freebox, section “Réseau local SFP”, état du lien “up”, module “présent” EEPROM “Valide” en 10GBASE-R. Je n’ai pas forcé de mode particulier (et même en testant de “forcer”, ça ne corrige pas le problème)
Sur Linux en utilisant NetworkManager comme à mon habitude ça mouline puis j’ai une erreur " <info> [1741798431.5762] device (enp37s0): state change: ip-config → failed (reason ‘ip-config-unavailable’, sys-iface-state: ‘managed’)”

Pour essayer de corriger le soucis, j’ai évidemment débranché, rebranché. Reboot la box sans le cable. Laissé refroidir. Dépoussiéré le matériel. Essayé avec Windows. Mais rien ne fonctionne, j’arrive pas à choper d’adresse IP. A la base j’avais une adresse IP d’enregistrée avec un bail statique, donc j’ai également essayé de supprimer la conf, de la remettre, de virer le DHCP sur mon pc pour mettre la config en dure mais rien n’y fait.
Possible de m’aider svp ? En l’état je ne sais pas trop quoi faire de plus…

Avez vous testés avec une config normal à savoir 2 sfp+ 10G SR (1 codé intel dans la carte intel + 1 côté Cisco ou générique côté freebox et une jarretière OM4) ?
Avec les coupures de courant il est possible qu’une des optique se soit dégradée (1 des bout de l’AOC), voir la carte.
Une inspection visuelle du fond de la cage SFP+ de la carte réseau permet de voir d’éventuelles surchauffes/court-circuits
Que dit ethtool (toutes les commandes ci après doivent être lancés en root)
par exemple
(avec iface = enp37s0 et kernel_module = ixgbe ou i40e)

Votre driver c’est le ixgbe ou le i40e ? (ethtool -i <iface>)
À vrai dire peu importe, que dit un

Aussi, d’après les logs de NetworkManager, l’autoneg ne fonctionne pas. Alors c’est peut être une conséquence mais ça peut aussi être la cause.
Dans ce cas:
1) forcez côté Freebox en 10G base R full duplex
2) forcez côté Linux:
