FS#21824 - WiFi transmit power

Comme les 95% des routes WiFi qui existent, ca serai genial si on avais dans les parametres avancés de WiFi un champ pour choisir la puissance du signaux WiFi, de 1 a 100%.
En linux un simple: iwconfig <interfacewifi> txpower <power>dBm (ou mW)

 ferai l affaire

Il faut calculer pour traduire de % a dBm, car ce n est pas lineal.
