Freebox Server (Ultra V9/ Pop V8/ Delta V7 / Revolution V6 / Mini 4K)

Bonjour,

Depuis quelques semaines, mon service wireguard ne fonctionne plus.
Il fonctionnait avant avec mes clients VPN, et ne fonctionne désormais plus.

Malgré différentes tentatives d’activation/désactivation du service dans la section serveur VPN, et de redémarrages de la freebox, le port du service wireguard n’est pas connectable depuis l’extérieur.

Un test nmap en local me donne le port “closed”, et “filtered” depuis l’extérieur.

Il semble que le service ne fonctionne plus, bien que le status soit sur activé depuis l’interface freebox.
Est il possible de réparer le service wireguard ?

Voilà mon problème : je dispose d une freebox 4k et d une connexion fibre.

Quand j’active mon vpn professionnel (ivanti) le débit internet devient quasi nul.. tellement faible que je ne peux utiliser aucun de mes applicatifs…

J ai testé chez mes voisins (dont l un est également chez free - il a la freebox revolution) aucun soucis.

Mon collègue, qui habite à côté de chez moi, est venu se connecter à la maison. Même soucis (debit quasi nul quand le vpn du travail est activé…)

J ai appelé le service technique free qui m a conseillé de passer en ip fixe (ipv4). Mais cela n à rien résolu…par ailleurs, tous les ports semblent ouverts… La seule solution proposée, sans garantie de fonctionnement, serait de passer par une box plus récente…et donc un abonnement plus cher…

Voilà…pour compléter, je travail dans une entreprise de près de 1000 personnes et il semble que je sois le seul à avoir ce problème… Free m a également remplacé ma Box 4k mais sans résultat…

Bonjour, impossible de me connecter à une imprimante branchée en USB (en l'occurrence Epson Stylus DX8450, qui fonctionne si je me branche en direct), tant depuis Kubuntu 20.04, que Linux Mint 20.04, que Windows 10, et ce malgré l'activation de SMBv2 (la boîte pour cocher l'imprimante est d'ailleurs inaccessible).

J'ai ce problème de débit avec un hdd externe branché en usb sur le serveur mini4k, en lan j'arrive à avoir un débit max de 4,5mo/sec. J'ai testé 2 clés usb et puis le hdd ext en rj45 wifi cpl le débit est toujours le même c'est ultra lent on est pas au standard de l'usb 2. Le hdd est formaté en ext4 depuis l'interface de la freebox, y a t'il une solution pour avoir un débit potable ?

mais fonctionne très bien depuis l’application compagnon.

Sur ma Freebox Mini 4K, les signaux DTMF sortants ne fonctionnent pas lorsqu'une ligne Orange m'appelle. Problème similaire à https://dev.freebox.fr/bugs/task/33305 mais sur Mini 4K.

C'est le cas notamment pour mon interphone (Intratone) qui attend un signal DTMF pour ouvrir la porte ⇒ ne fonctionne pas.

En testant des communications Free ⇔ Free ou Bouygues ⇔ Free, le problème ne se pose pas.

Ci-dessous, le message du technicien Intratone suite à nos divers tests et la constatation de ce bug :

Suite à notre appel nous avons constaté ensemble qu'il y avait un problème de traitement de la fréquence vocale (le bip / appuis sur le bouton « étoile ») pour ouvrir la porte.
> Nous avons isoler et vu que le problème ne se produit que si c'est une ligne orange qui appelle un FIXE sur une box FREE. (impossible d'ouvrir via la DTMF et étoile → on entend même pas le « bip » sur l'autre ligne)
> Je vous invite donc en parallèle du suivis téléphonique de contacter votre opérateur afin qu'il puisse détecter le problème de son ou se mettre en relation avec orange si besoin.
> Pour l'instant nous n'avons pas constaté d'appel similaire au votre chez intratone donc a priori ce serait un problème plus ciblé chez vous que général comme nous l'avons déjà constaté par le passé entre Orange et box SFR. (SFR avait poussé un patch correctif sur ces boxs à l'époque)

j’aimerais vous demander une assistance technique spécialisé, car j’utilise mon Freebox Server Mini 4k en mode bridge avec mon réseau privé derrière. Dans ce réseau j’ai des router Fritzbox 7490, a qui je peux connecter des téléphones VoIP qui vont avec (même marque). Pour ça j’aurais besoin les coordonnées “Free” qui sont utilisées.

Filtrage des appels entrants pour ajouter une liste de numéros correspondants aux call centers.
A chaque tentative de : *351*0162# ou d’un autre préfixe, j’ai le message “Votre demande de programmation a échouée” Le service est pourtant bien activé sur ma ligne.
Par contre si je fais : *351*162# cela fonctionne mais c’est sans intérêt puisque les numéros commencent par 0.
Problème remonté a l’assistance de proximité le 23 avril 2023.
Reset de la box, Passage d’un technicien –> changement de box (ce qui me semblait inutile car je suppose que le filtrage téléphonie se fait en amont)
Ne fonctionne toujours pas en ce début 2024 soit près de 9 mois après la remontée.

Presque systématiquement maintenant, lors du passage sur 101 TF1 4K, il faut attendre plus de 10 sec avant d’avoir image/son.. l’écran reste noir plus de 10 sec.. le flux n’arrive pas.
Et le démarrage de l'enregistrement fini en erreur si pas d'image affiché sur mini4K.
Une fois le flux affiché, aucun problème.
Connexion fibre.

Depuis des années je réclame au 3244 mais on me dit que je suis le seul auquel ça arrive :
Lorsqu’il y a des mises à jour des chaines (Groovy Baby), déjà le streaming (netflix, VidéoPrime) devient chaotique avec des mini-pauses.
Mais le plus énervant c’est que souvent (3 fois ce weekend), toutes les chaines sont de nouveau sélectionnées dans la liste des favoris. Si on veut pouvoir zapper normalement (sans avoir à passer en revue les quelques 600 chaines) il faut reconstruire sa liste perso !!!
J’aimerais savoir si ça n’arrive qu’à moi.

J’ai cherché un peu partout et j’ai l’impression que ce problème ne concerne que moi.

J’ai depuis quelques mois une freebox mini k4 connectée en fibre optique.
Jusqu’à ce jour, je ne regardais que la télévision.

J’ai donc décidé de m’améliorer un peu en installant des applications.

Je vous passe l’énorme difficulté de pouvoir accéder au site de téléchargement “google play store”.
⇒ En cliquant sur l’icône de google, on a une ligne qui s’affiche avec le mot OK.
En cliquant sur le mot OK, on revient sur l’icône de téléchargement.
⇒ Pour “casser cette boucle, il faut double-cliquer extrêmement rapidement sur l’icône. (Cela mériterait presque un signalement).

J’ai indiqué cette difficulté de connexion au cas où elle aurait une conséquence pour la suite.

Voilà le problème, Je peux donc cliquer sur l’icône d’une application google par exemple KODI.
Elle se télécharge sans problème et après le téléchargement, j’ai le choix entre “Installer” ou “Mettre à jour”. Je lance donc l’action et j’ai systématiquement, quelque soit l’application, le message suivant:

“espace de stockage externe insuffisant“

En cliquant sur détails, j’ai le message supplémentaire suivant:

“espace de stockage utilisé 2 Go sur 5 Go.”

Je précise que j’ai un disque externe formaté avec deux partitions: La première formatée en EXT4 donc elle devrait être capable d’accueillir le logiciel additionnel et la seconde est en EXFAT.

J’ai l’impression que c’est un bug.

Netflix avec pub marche parfaitement sur une mini 4K V2 de 2019. Il ne marche pas sur une mini 4K reçue en 2023 ( harware plus récent) . Dans les deux cas, même version Netflix 8.3.10 à jour et même logiciel de box à jour sur la mini 4K.
Sur le harware ou ca ne marche pas, l’application se déclare non compatible et refuse donc de diffuser les films Netflix, invitant a prendre un abonnement sans pub.

Il m’arrive régulièrement que multiposte n’est plus disponible dans le wifi maison. Apres quelques semaines de recherche… C’est le freebox qui ne répond plus à VLC player (Mac OSX, iPad, iPhone). C’est dans les 2-3 jours de interval… Une fois que le freebox est dans l’état de non-response au UPnP, l’internet etc. fonction correctement. Nous sommes au Fibre avec un router ASUS pour le wifi maison.

Que lorsque UPnP répond pas, je peux VPN vers un different FREEBOX à distance… et multipostes marche ok. Donc, c’est pas la coté multiposte player. C’est valable pour OSX, iPhone, iPad.

la seule solution est de redémarrer le freebox 4K, et puis cela marche à nouveau.

Voici les logs de VLC que lorsque freebox est dans l’état de non-réponse et une fois c’est redémarré, succès. Que lorsque ça marche pas, le log VLC se termine sec.

Je suis abonné freebox mini fibre et, depuis plusieurs semaines, j’ai très fréquemment l’erreur suivante sur mon système Sonos : "Impossible de lire “Titre du morceau” - la connexion à Deezer a été perdue".

J'ai tout essayé et il semble que la connection free soit à l'origine du problème.

Dans le post ci dessous un utilisateur a résolu le problème en passant en ip fixe. Problème, je suis déjà en ip fixe. Il y a donc apparement un problème ailleur dans le réseau….

Dans cet autre post, un utilisateur indique "Ce matin, ça m’a pris la tête au petit déjeuner. J’ai ressorti ma box adsl SFR car ma ligne est encore active jusqu’en décembre mais j’ai seulement 5mpbs dessus. J’ai testé Deezer sur sonos et aucun problème pendant plus de 15min. Je me suis remis sur la ligne fibre FREE est c’est instantané, j’ai direct le message d’erreur."

Je rencontre un bug sur la Freebox mini du boulot.

J'ai la case "Réponse au ping" qui est inversé :

Si la case est coché, normalement la Freebox devrait répondre au ping, la ce n'est pas le cas.
Si la case est décoché, la Freebox ne doit pas répondre au ping et la je ping !!!

J'ai redémarrer la Freebox, ça ne change rien.

Lorsque j’ai reçu la freebox mini 4k , j’ai activé le mode bridge et mis mon pare feu perso
l’accès distant freeboxos était déactivé, et lorsque je testais les 2 ports de l’interface http/https freeboxos de l’exterieur, je tombais sur mon pare-feu . c’était parfait et magique , j’en pleurais de joie

malheureusement j’ai testé les api, j’ai creé un script pour redemarrer la freebox (aucun rapport) avec ce tuto :

et depuis, sacrebleu, lorsque je teste les 2 port de freeboxos de l’exterieur, je tombe sur
” Accès à distance désactivé
L’accès à distance à Freebox OS n’est pas activé sur cette Freebox. "

J’ai reset d’usine freebox os sans succès, cela ne reviens pas d’origine …

Est-ce qu’il serait possible de prévoir une option pour que cela soit reset comme cela est dans le freeboxos “au premier jours” d’usage
Je pourrais récupérer ces deux ports depuis l’exterieur, et mon sommeil en sera amélioré pour sur, d’vindieu

Ce problème est présent depuis que j’ai la fibre, il m’a régulièrement posé problème. Il est reproductible et systématique.

Pour le provoquer il me suffit de télécharger une mise à jour de Star Citizen via leur client.
Il va télécharger à la vitesse maximal que je peux atteindre soit ~100mo/s mais arrivé au dessus de 100mo/s la connexion va se déconnecter après quelques secondes. Cette déconnexion est une perte totale de synchro avec la fibre.
J’ai tenté de réduire le nombre de connexions simultanées. Quelle soit sur Max, sur 20, sur 10 ou encore sur 5 le problème est identique. Le seul moyen est de limiter le débit du client à 25Mbps.

Je vois venir le commentaire à propos du fait que Star Citizen est encore en Alpha… mais malheureusement le problème se produit également avec Steam, où les symptômes sont strictement identiques.

Afin d’être le plus complet dans mes tests, j’ai alors lancé via Firefox un maximum de téléchargements simultanés du fichier de 10Go sur http://test-debit.free.fr. 9 téléchargements concurrents avec un débit global de plus de 100mo/s. Rien… aucun plantage.

Est-ce que ces éléments permettent de rouvrir une analyse de cette problématique ?

Petit “bonus” : https://transfert.free.fr/jMH16tD J’ai enregistré une vidéo du problème, où l’on voit un téléchargement sur le PC, l’effet que cela a sur la synchro fibre et également l’effet sur la télé qui semble n’apprécie pas trop ne plus avoir Internet.

Je viens de migré du VDSL à la fibre avec ma mini 4K et suite à cela je remarque que si je fais un test de débit ou li une vidéo en 4K sur Youtube et bien le débit remonté et identique aussi bien en montant que sur le descendent.
Je monitoring ma connexion sur Home Assistant c’est comme cela que j’ai remarqué ce défaut.
Après ma freebox a pris des mises à jour quand elle a redémarré c’est peut être un bug dans le dernier firmware. (Désoler elle avait pas reboot depuis 470 jours :) merci l’onduleur)

Après échange sur le forum de Univers Freebox un membre à fait le test et il a le même souci, sur cette exemple il a fait 3 tests de débit.

Ticket similaire au ticket  FS#22829  qui a été clos.

Lors d'un transfert de fichier entre mon NAS et mon PC, le transfert débute bien, et tout s'écroule au bout de quelques minutes.

La carte Wifi 5ghz devient inactive et tout le réseau Wifi Tombe.

Le seul moyen de récupérer le Wifi 5ghz est de redémarrer la Freebox.

J'ai réinitialisé la Freebox et les paramètres Wifi, mais sans succès.

Le problème devient gênant car il m'est impossible de faire des transferts de gros fichiers sur mon NAS via le Wifi.

J’observe depuis un certain temps des déconnexions intempestives sur mon PC Windows qui se connecte à la carte 2,4Ghz 802.11n
Ca ne se voit pas forcément en utilisation normale mais en gaming c’est très flagrant (perte de paquets UDP)

Solution de contournement:
Il suffit que je change n’importe quel paramètre dans la carte 5Ghz 802.11ac (ex: largeur de bande 80Mhz vers 40Mhz depuis mafreebox.freebox.fr pour que la carte 802.11ac se relance et ensuite la remettre à 80Mhz) pour que le problème soit résolu.
Après un redémarrage du PC Windows le problème réapparait de nouveau.

NB: J’ai un ordinateur portable plus récent qui se connecte à la carte Wifi 5Ghz 802.11ac et il n’y a aucun problème

Je pense que cela vient d’une MAJ récente du firmware de la freebox server 4K car je n’avais pas ce souci auparavant (ex: en début d’année 2024)

J’ai paramétré deux caméras chez un de mes clients, elles sont en adresse IP fixe en dehors de la plage du DHCP, avec deux redirections de ports pour avoir accès à mes caméras depuis l’extérieur. Tout fonctionné très bien depuis plus d’un an et demi et tout d’un coup depuis quelques semaines, je n’ai plus accès aux caméras depuis l’extérieur.
La seule chose que je vois d’anormale est le fait que je ne peux pas pinger la box depuis l’extérieur. J’ai bien sur prix soin d’activer le ping sur le portail de la box en question.
Et la commande msdos tracert xx.xxx.xx.xx n’abouti pas, le delai d’attente est dépassé ce qui me semble vraiment anormal.

Je n’ai malheureusement pas trouver de réponse à mon problème et mes clients envisage très sérieusement de quitter Free alors qu ej’ai d’autres clients avec le smêmes caméèas configurés de la même manière et tout fonctionne très bien.

J’espère avoir exposé clairement mon problème et j’espère que quelqu’un pourra rapidement m’aider à le résoudre.

Précédemment, et sans modification du logiciel Synology (mon serveur Upnp), le lecteur multimédia permettait de lire toutes les musiques (en mp3)
A présent, 2 remarques/informations:
- dans les artistes, les fichiers apparaissent mais quand je tente de les jouer, j'ai un message d'erreur (: la musique n'est pas supportée) puis un timer se met en service et rien n'est joué.
- dans la gestion par répertoires aucun fichier n'est trouvé.
