Beaucoup d’utilisateurs se plaignent des multiples mises à jours sur Freebox pop et mini 4k côté TV .

L’idée ne serais t’il pas de m’être à jours la box et les applicatifs du launcher et ou de oqee TV. A chaque shutdown de la box tv.

La redirection est non fonctionnelle. Après une multitude de redémarrages et de réinitialisation d’usine, je n’arrive toujours pas à transférer le moindre port vers mon serveur.
Pareille pour la DMZ, qui ne fonctionne pas, non plus.

Encore mieux (probablement lié, d’une façon ou d’une autre), la box ne répond pas au ping, alors qu’elle est bien configurée pour y répondre.

Est-ce que vous avez bien connecté votre interface graphique avec votre API interne.

Je rencontre un bug sur la Freebox mini du boulot.

J'ai la case "Réponse au ping" qui est inversé :

Si la case est coché, normalement la Freebox devrait répondre au ping, la ce n'est pas le cas.
Si la case est décoché, la Freebox ne doit pas répondre au ping et la je ping !!!

J'ai redémarrer la Freebox, ça ne change rien.

Bonjour,

Suite à un problème sur mon server mini 4K qui rebootait sans cesse, on m'en a livré un nouveau. Mes PC communiquent avec lui en Wifi et mon player en PCL (c'est ce que je veux). Jusque là pas de souci (enfin, le player ne parvient pas communiquer avec le nouveau server en Wifi, même en réinitialisant la liaison, mais bon, ça ne me dérange pas).

Le souci vient … des enregistrements !

Je dispose donc maintenant d'un nouveau server mini 4K, de mon ancienne freebox player et de mon disque dur externe branché sur le server mini 4K.

Et là :
1. Je vois très bien mon disque dur et tous les enregistrements depuis mon PC (via mafreebox)
2. Si j'en charge sur mon PC, je peux les lire sans problème sous VLC
3. Je vois très bien mon disque dur et tous les enregistrements depuis l'espace fichiers de mon player

Mais … Je ne vois que les nouveaux enregistrements (ceux effectués depuis l'installation de mon nouveau server mini 4K) depuis la rubrique "enregistrements" de mon player ???

Quelqu'un peut-il m'expliquer pourquoi ?

Il m’arrive régulièrement que multiposte n’est plus disponible dans le wifi maison. Apres quelques semaines de recherche… C’est le freebox qui ne répond plus à VLC player (Mac OSX, iPad, iPhone). C’est dans les 2-3 jours de interval… Une fois que le freebox est dans l’état de non-response au UPnP, l’internet etc. fonction correctement. Nous sommes au Fibre avec un router ASUS pour le wifi maison.

Que lorsque UPnP répond pas, je peux VPN vers un different FREEBOX à distance… et multipostes marche ok. Donc, c’est pas la coté multiposte player. C’est valable pour OSX, iPhone, iPad.

la seule solution est de redémarrer le freebox 4K, et puis cela marche à nouveau.

Voici les logs de VLC que lorsque freebox est dans l’état de non-réponse et une fois c’est redémarré, succès. Que lorsque ça marche pas, le log VLC se termine sec.

Pour rappel, le formatage d’une clé USB en NTFS est utile afin de stocker les fichiers vidéo qui dépassent 4 GB, de plus en plus courants aujourd’hui. NTFS est la seule solution >4 GB intégrée pour les utilisateurs Windows.

Selon les pages assistance, la Freebox Mini 4k est compatible avec NTFS. https://assistance.free.fr/articles/peripheriques-de-stockage-usb-formats-compatibles-90

1. Formatez une clé USB avec le Freebox Mini 4k server avec choix “Windows” (NTFS) comme expliqué ici : https://assistance.free.fr/articles/807.
a. La clé marche dans un PC.
b. La clé marche dans le Freebox Mini 4k server.
c. Pour info (ici c’est le forum server), la clé ne marche pas dans le Freebox Mini 4k player. C’est comme si la clé n’est pas formatée : on affiche un message qui propose de la formater (seulement en FAT32). J’appelle ceci un bogue, mais une solution de contournement existe en branchant la clé sur la Freebox serveur.

2. Formatez une clé USB 64 GB avec Windows 11 en NTFS.
a. La clé marche dans un PC.
b. La clé ne marche pas dans le Freebox Mini 4k server. J’appelle ceci un bogue, car un support NTFS formaté avec Windows est quand même “standard” et doit être prise en charge par la Freebox.
c. Pour info (ici c’est le forum server), la clé ne marche pas dans le Freebox Mini 4k player, voir en haut.

En attendant une meilleure prise en charge de NTFS, j’estime que ces limitations doivent être indiquées dans les pages assistance.

La qualité des enregistrements TNT est mauvaise (”Qualité de la vidéo” = “Normale” ou inférieure?), quelle que soit le paramètre choisi lors de la programmation de l’enregistrement (”Qualité de la vidéo” = “HD” ou “HD+”).
Il semble que ce paramètre ne soit plus pris en compte correctement lors des enregistrements TNT uniquement.

J’ai remarqué cette dégradation entre mi-décembre 2022 et début janvier 2023.

Ce bug n’apparaît pas avec les enregistrements dont la “Source du flux” est “ADSL / FTTH”.

Mon imprimante branchée sur la prise USB de la Freebox n’est plus accessible par mon ordinateur depuis environ 2 mois, et je n’arrive pas à la réinstaller.
Ma configuration est ASUS zenbook flip13, Windows 11, SMB1 activé.
NB : La fonction d’impression fonctionnait correctement en octobre avec la même configuration windows 11.

Alors que sur le même réseau, sur l’ordinateur de mon épouse, Asus VivoBook, windows 10, SMB1 activé, l’impression fonctionne correctement.
Tous les paramètres listés dans optionnal features sont identiques.

NB : L’impimante est une laser LEXMARK E322 qui fonctionne parfaitement sur mon ordinateur avec un branchement direct USB .

Merci pour votre aide car cette fonction de serveur d’imprimante est vraiment très pratique.

Actuellement lorsqu’on crée une tâche d’enregistrement, si on ne spécifie pas de répétition, une fois validée il n’est plus possible de donner une répétition à postériori lorsqu’on modifie la tâche.
Ca demande de supprimer la tâche et la recréer.
Pire, dans l’univers canal+, il n’est pas possible de créer de tâche répétée. La tâche apparait dans l’univers freebox, on peut la modifier mais il n’y a aucun moyen d’en faire une tâche répétée. On est obligé de créer une multitude de tâches à la main.
S’il était possible de changer le type en tâche répétée, ça serait super pratique.

J’ai cherché un peu partout et j’ai l’impression que ce problème ne concerne que moi.

J’ai depuis quelques mois une freebox mini k4 connectée en fibre optique.
Jusqu’à ce jour, je ne regardais que la télévision.

J’ai donc décidé de m’améliorer un peu en installant des applications.

Je vous passe l’énorme difficulté de pouvoir accéder au site de téléchargement “google play store”.
⇒ En cliquant sur l’icône de google, on a une ligne qui s’affiche avec le mot OK.
En cliquant sur le mot OK, on revient sur l’icône de téléchargement.
⇒ Pour “casser cette boucle, il faut double-cliquer extrêmement rapidement sur l’icône. (Cela mériterait presque un signalement).

J’ai indiqué cette difficulté de connexion au cas où elle aurait une conséquence pour la suite.

Voilà le problème, Je peux donc cliquer sur l’icône d’une application google par exemple KODI.
Elle se télécharge sans problème et après le téléchargement, j’ai le choix entre “Installer” ou “Mettre à jour”. Je lance donc l’action et j’ai systématiquement, quelque soit l’application, le message suivant:

“espace de stockage externe insuffisant“

En cliquant sur détails, j’ai le message supplémentaire suivant:

“espace de stockage utilisé 2 Go sur 5 Go.”

Je précise que j’ai un disque externe formaté avec deux partitions: La première formatée en EXT4 donc elle devrait être capable d’accueillir le logiciel additionnel et la seconde est en EXFAT.

J’ai l’impression que c’est un bug.

Dans le cadre d’un besoin de mettre en place une sauvegarde à distance j’ai fait plusieurs essais de débit sur ma connexion et je remarque que ma connexion internet semble être en half-duplex.

J’ai fait des essais en interne (sur mon LAN) et je dépasse bien le débit half-duplex de la vitesse du lien local (cartes 1gbits, débits cumulé IN+OUT vers 1,4gbits).
Les essais sont fait avec l’outil iperf3 (dernière version disponible à ce jour) avec l’option –bidi mais j’obtiens le même résultat en lançant 2 tests en sens opposés en parallèle; avec 5 Threads.

Pour éviter les erreurs à cause d’un équipement j’ai fait les essais avec mon PC directement branché à la box en mode routeur et en mode bridge, les 2 résultats sont identiques.

Bonjour,

Depuis plusieurs mois, j'ai des problèmes d'instabilité du Wifi 5 GHz sur ma Freebox Mini 4K : lors de fortes sollicitations du Wifi à la bande 5GHz (par exemple, téléchargements à quelques Mo/s), cette bande du Wifi va s'arrêter de fonctionner après 1-2 minutes de solliciation, voire la Freebox va redémarrer toute seule. Dans le cas où le Wifi s'arrête de fonctionner, la carte 5Ghz est marquée comme active dans les paramètres de la Freebox mais il n'est plus possible de détecter le Wifi à cette bande avec un autre appareil.

J'ai d'abord contacté le service client, qui m'a suggéré plusieurs actions pour résoudre ce problème :

  • Utiliser des SSID différents pour les 2 bandes Wifi 2.4 et 5 GHz
  • Réduire la largeur de bande 5GHz, de 80 jusqu'à 20 MHz
  • Inverser les 2 Freeplugs entre la Freebox et le décodeur télé

Supposant des potentiels problèmes de surchauffe (malgré des courbes de température normales), j'ai aussi pris soin de bien dépoussiérer la box.

Parmis ces actions, j'ai pu observer une amélioration des symptômes uniquement lors de l'échange des 2 Freeplugs, amélioration qui n'a malheureusement duré que quelques jours avant de voir l'instabilité du Wifi augmenter encore plus. A présent, je vois aussi des problèmes lors d'une utilisation du Wifi dans la bande 2.4 GHz, ce qui commence à handicaper sérieusement toute utilisation du Wifi.

Au vu des symptômes, j'ai l'impression qu'il y a un problème d'alimentation ou un problème matériel de la Freebox (que j'ai depuis 4 ans), mais je n'ai pas les outils nécessaires pour diagnostiquer plus précisément le problème. Quelles actions seraient-ils possible de mener pour rendre le Wifi fonctionel à nouveau sur cette Freebox ?

Je rencontre systématiquement l'erreur "Impossible d’initialiser la tâche, vérifiez l’état de votre disque dur". Les téléchargements http fonctionnent toujours.

Selon https://dev.freebox.fr/bugs/task/34971, l'erreur semble avoir été corrigée avec la 4.5.1 mais je la rencontre toujours avec la 4.8.16.

Depuis quelques semaines, mon service wireguard ne fonctionne plus.
Il fonctionnait avant avec mes clients VPN, et ne fonctionne désormais plus.

Malgré différentes tentatives d’activation/désactivation du service dans la section serveur VPN, et de redémarrages de la freebox, le port du service wireguard n’est pas connectable depuis l’extérieur.

Un test nmap en local me donne le port “closed”, et “filtered” depuis l’extérieur.

Il semble que le service ne fonctionne plus, bien que le status soit sur activé depuis l’interface freebox.
Est il possible de réparer le service wireguard ?

n’ayant plus de terminal wi-fi exigeant du 2,4GHz, je me suis dit que ça serait pas plus mal de désactiver ce dernier.
Cependant, lorsque j’ouvre la WebUI > Mode avancé > Wi-Fi , on est positionné par défaut sur la carte 2,4GHz et il y a un message d’erreur qui dit à juste titre qu’il est ‘impossible de récupérer la configuration Wi-Fi’.
On peut faire ‘OK’ mais le message réapparait très rapidement. Il faut être rapide à la souris pour 1/ cliquer sur ‘OK’ 2/ cliquer sur la carte 5GHz avant que le message d’erreur ne réapparaisse.

freebox server mini 4K avec un disque dur externe branché en USB et formaté en ext4 via freebox OS

Problème :
Lorsque que je copie un fichier depuis Windows avec partage réseau (samba) les droits affectés au fichiers sont 766 (rwxrw-rw-) avec l’utilisateur freebox.
Le même fichier en FTP, les droits d’accès ne sont pas les mêmes, ils sont positionnés en 600 (rw——-) pour l’utilisateur freebox.

Est ce possible d’avoir les mêmes droits via windows et via FTP, c’est à dire avec des droits de lecture par défaut pour tout le monde ?

Il n’est pour l’instant pas possible d’effectuer des téléchargements sur freebox os, sur Mini 4K, car il est impossible de modifier le cheminement vers le Disque, qui envoie par défaut vers le disque de la box (soit juste un stockage minimal pour le fonctionnement de la box). Pourriez-vous réfléchir à une solution afin que nous puissions effectuer des téléchargements à la manière d’une freebox révolution, mais sur le disque dur branché au server Mini 4k svp ?

J’ai déjà noté plusieurs demandes telles que

et j’ai tenté / vérifié tous les points soulevés par ces différentes tâches.

Malgré des ouvertures de port et mon iP full stack, je ne peux pas accéder à mon NAS depuis l’extérieur. Mon dossier et les redirections ont été vérifiés par le 3244, rien d’anormal selon eux. Quand je fais un tracert depuis l’extérieur sur mon IP, je reste bloqué sur la première IP illiad :
Iliad.demarc.cogentco.com 149.6.114.10 fr 18.335 ms 18.331 ms 18.821 ms

Autre test : avec mon client FTP, je peux me connecter sans souci en local, mais time-out en externe ⇒ donc pas de souci d’authentification.

Le 3244 me confirme qu’il n’y a rien de leur côté qui pourrait poser souci (comme la cloture technique d’un dossier qui bloquait pour un autre utilisateur), mais rien que le tracert semble montrer qu’il y a un firewall quelque part qui bloque (au niveau de la Freebox ? avant ?).
